`--no-configuration` option

Particularly with stdin, it might be useful to have an --isolated option which asserts that Air will be run with only the default configuration astral-sh/ruff#1727

Why not --vanilla like R?

Actually it's --isolated in ruff and uv added that then changed it to --no-config, which i think makes more sense based on what it does "refuses to load air.toml configuration"

I'd rather use a more descriptive name like --no-configuration compared to --vanilla.
