This PR adds new capabilities for building and previewing documentation sites from remote Git repositories, as well as improvements to the CLI interface for these operations. This includes new CLI options for remote builds, logic for handling remote repository cloning and isolated builds, and the ability to preview any pre-built documentation site directory.
