Describe the issue:

Update provider settings status tags

• remove Preview from Snowflake, Bedrock, OpenAI
• use Preview for Foundry and Posit AI

Posit AI should show in provider config modal by default on desktop.

Expected or desired behavior:

For each provider enablement setting, the following tags should be present:

• Preview for Copilot, Foundry, Posit AI
• Experimental for Custom Provider
• other providers should not have a tag in settings

On desktop, Posit AI provider is enabled by default in provider config modal, but is not enabled for workbench/web.
