Support for authentication on SMTP relays

There seems to be a fair amount of need for username & password authentication on SMTP relays. This is a fairly simple thing to add so we might as well do it.

+1 Im having issues using Azure Communication Service SMTP relay because it needs credentials. I would love to use Postal for my platform but without this feature Im dead in the water. Please prioritize!

It leads to 530 Error: authentication Required, since app/lib/smtp_client/endpoint.rb has no logic for authentication.

Quick workaround for everyone ending up here, until this issue may or may not be resolved or the MR getting accepted: roll your down Docker image including https://github.com/postalserver/postal/pull/3555.patch as patch.
