Fix MDX artifacts in joe-bot and database-lab index pages

Two more files using MDX imports (useBaseUrl) and JSX syntax
but had .md extension, causing artifacts.

Renamed to .mdx:
- docs/joe-bot/index
- docs/database-lab/index
