The setup script downloads an Android bundle from Maven Central only to then extract the individual libraries. These libraries are also available from the core extension releases directly, so we can use them and simplify the build setup a bit.
I've tested this on an armv8a emulator, but since the libraries should be the exact same as the ones from the bundle, I'm pretty sure the others will work as well.
