This updates the core extension to version 0.4.6 (release notes).
A new feature in that version is that the Rust client can now be notified about connection events (like receiving headers but no body line yet, or the stream closing). This adopts that instead of handling the sync status update for
connecting->connectedin Kotlin.This also adds a few logs to debug the flaky attachment tests.
