This upgrades to Room 3, which is a fairly simple change after #354. It also compiles the Room integration package for the web, which requires splitting some sources to avoid using synchronous SQLite APIs in code that might run on the web.
This update is a breaking change for users existing Room users, since they'd also have to update to Room 3.0. But since the integration is still in beta, I think we can get away with doing that in a minor release.
