This prepares the 1.15.0 release, with the following changes since 1.14.4:
ObservableSyncStatusutility (Fix sync status observation #154).uploadErrorfield after successful uploads (fix: clear upload errors #156).I'll prepare documentation updates for this in powersync-ja/powersync-docs#526.
