Feature
What is the current behavior?
The fault types available for short circuit calculations are
THREE_PHASEDandSINGLE_PHASED.What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)?
LINE_TO_LINEhas been added to define a fault on two phases WITHOUT earth connection. Two constructors are also added to specify the fault type without having to give a resistance and a reactance to the fault.Does this PR introduce a breaking change or deprecate an API?
