CI: Update AWS-LC integration to current HEAD

AWS-LC tests against their main branch have been failing since
mlkem-native v1.1.0 has been merged into there.
Remove patchs as upstream has absorbed all changes from the patchs.
Update pinned AWS-LC commit to current main.
