First of all, thank you for developing and maintaining the PR2 primer database, it's really useful!

Could you please include the following primer pair (targeting eukaryotic V4 SSU) in the database?

• Euk575F ASCYGYGGTAAYWCCAGC
• Euk895R TCHNHGNATTTCACCNCT

These primers are currently used in the EU soil monitoring framework (LUCAS Soil survey) and would be a useful addition for studies working on soil eukaryotes, especially for European large-scale monitoring datasets.
