Strong name for assembly

Hello,
Is it possible to sign the assembly to have strong name?
I have this error when I try to add the package in my project.

Referenced assembly 'SQLite-net, Version=1.9.172.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' does not have a strong name.
