Link to install cardano-node system dependencies

In the README.md, there is a link provided to install cardano-node system dependencies:

cardano-node wiki

This target does not seem to be valid or helpful. An install page may not exist on that wiki, and the home page of the wiki I was redirected to does not contain any installation instructions (nor could I find any links to such).

Would this be a better target?

In fact, do we even need this link at all, given that the system dependencies are built and installed locally by Shake's build.hs ?
