I would recommend leaving the emetriq adapter and point it to the tadvertising adapter, so that old users may find the new solution.

Is the emetriq adapter being shutdown entirely or do old prebid versions that run with it, still work?

Hi Muuki,
the old emetriq adapter was shutdown entirely. For the unlikely case that some party is still using it, we have documented a possible migration in the pull request for the PrebidJS repository.
