Aspects from old run.precice.org tutorial

We decided to stop maintaining the web-based tutorial on run.precice.org, as it adds little value to our nowadays much more extensive documentation and tutorials.

In that, we had a recording of the perpendicular-flap SU2-CalculiX tutorial with the following steps and results:

• serial-explicit coupling - short
• serial-explicit coupling - long and diverging
• serial-implicit coupling with aitken - 120s
• serial-implicit coupling with iqn - 120s, fewer iterations
• parallel-implicit coupling with iqn - 80s, even fewer iterations

Screenshots have been archived on NextCloud, while there is also an accompanying BGCE project report.

Some aspects we could still integrate in the website:

• a demonstration that explicit coupling can be very unstable
• a demonstration that IQN can be faster than Aitken
• a demonstration that parallel coupling can be faster than serial

The configuration aspects are mostly covered in our configuration documentation.

The click-through xml on the left with the explanation on the right was really nice though. Changing pages is always a context switch.

We now have an impulse to try a more challenging configuration at the bottom of the perpendicular flap tutorial, since precice/tutorials#539.

Not on the website, but we also cover similar issues in the training, and @Fujikawas had such an example in an OpenFOAM Workshop talk.

I can refer to the latest available version of that talk in the tutorial.
