I feel like those two paragraphs somehow overlap: in the first one use cases are listed (theater, stadium, dining hall) as well as in the second one for organizing zones (orchestra, mezzanine, box seats, floor). I feel like one could merge those two paragraphs without loosing information.

This is genuinely difficult. I improved some things about the introduction and made others worse. Can you take another look at it?
If we're still not happy with this, I propose limiting the introduction to a very limited initial description of the feature, and moving a more detailed description of its capabilities to ## General usage.
