this adds a pixi task that creates for each file like feature_engineering.py a file feature_engineering_lib.py containing its imports, functions and class definitions. those then get copied to the notebooks directory along with tutorial_helpers in the convert-to-notebook task so the functions they contain can be imported in the notebooks
