How to refer the authorship of a 3d Model I copied from someone else?

The keycap 3d model I commited as probatio_block_top_quad_keys_keycap_v1.stl was copied from the project https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4186055
How should we cite the author and license it with the same license he used?
We need to put "This thing was created by Thingiverse user CDante, and is licensed under cc-sa." somewhere...
