Added links to p5.js and Web Editor release pages in the About section

Fixes #3503

Changes: This pull request adds hyperlink to the release pages of the p5.js library and the p5.js Web Editor in the About section. The goal is to make it easier to access the latest version details.

I have verified that this pull request:

• is from a uniquely-named feature branch and is up to date with the develop branch.
• is descriptively named and links to an issue number, i.e. Fixes #123

Thanks so much for your work on this @Nwakaego-Ego! This is great!

This is also reminding me that at some point, we might want to refactor the hard-coded URLs into a centralized utils file for maintainability down the line!
