docs: fix typos in documentation

Fixed typographical errors across documentation markdown files using codespell.

This is overall too excessive and breaks a lot of things. It spell corrected translated documentation, source code, and did not take into account code syntax amongst other problems, some also affect provenance of writing. This needs to be applied much more carefully. I think it is better to start from scratch and be more selective about where to apply the spell check. Please open an issue if this more automated approach is to be taken so we can workout where and how it should be applied first. I'll close the PR for now.
