Ox: Support http-upload

The latest releases of Gajim and go-sendxmpp support Ox http-upload. As an early (the earliest?) adopter of Ox I think it would be nice if profanity would follow suit.

The way those programs have implemented this function:

• Encrypt and upload the file according to XEP-0454: OMEMO Media sharing
• Send the sharing URL in an Ox encrypted message

Do I see it right that these are two separate tasks? If yes please edit the description and create a separate issue for the other task :)

If you do so: please use this issue for file upload and the new one for MUC.
