chore(web): trim dead padding on logo.svg

Re-cropped via inkscape --export-area-drawing — viewBox goes from
1440×960 (lots of empty vertical space) to 1398×462 (tight to the
flame + wordmark). Content unchanged; nav/header/hero placements
that depend on the logo's intrinsic aspect will read it as ~3:1
now instead of 3:2.
