[BUG]: Devtools/Console error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getUserMedia')

Description of the bug

When you select the Dialogue View tab, browser devtools console (Chrome) show this error:

Steps To Reproduce

Click on the Dialogue View tab with the devtools console open
