Support editing a space in the SpaceLobbyScreen

If the current logged-in user can edit a space, then we also need to allow them to:

1. Add rooms or subspaces to the space.
2. Remove rooms or subspaces from the space.
3. Mark rooms or subspaces as "suggested" (or not).
