Looks like I am missing an OpenGL library, but I am not sure.

Hm okay, not sure off the top of my head, please open a PR with a fix if you find out!

I`ll do that.
Meanwhile I tried to install the mesa-libGL-devel package.

sudo dnf install mesa-libGL-devel -y

And after runing

cargo build

I get a new output
