Removing the CSS that used
maskallows a tab/screen reader focus ring to appear on the plus/minus icons. Before this change that button was not accessible. This required extracting the plus/mins SVGs into icon components.As far as I can tell, the UI is unchanged other than the new ability to see the focus ring.
