fix: restrict auth token API hosts

Summary

• validate bearer-token API hosts before token validation and whoami requests
• require trusted HTTPS hosts and normalize persisted hosts
• add pre-network CLI/login guards for HTTP, localhost, lookalikes, credentials, paths, queries, and non-default ports
