Describe the issue

In Road Rage Mode. When you start Evergreen Terrace with Homer. There are two people waiting to be picked up in front of you. After taking them to their destination. As soon as you attempt to pick up someone else. It freezes as soon as they start walking towards your car.

I tried using Bart & Grandpa and got the same result.
