Add an option to switch interlacing of text in OPL menu

Maybe I am wrong, but I noticed on CRT TV that text renders differently than other parts of the gfx on screen, looks like interlacing and it disturbs a bit eye.
I would be glad to add this option. Would appreciate some thoughts and tips about that(related code files etc.).

I tried now, but it is not visible on camera. It should be video, because it is flickering effect, but on video it is not visible too.
I will try slow-mo camera, maybe that will catch that flickering.
But anyway, it is just flickering of text partially. And you can definitely recognize that flickers only text.

tried with slow-mo cam, not representing that, only scanlines are shown.

Also I think it could be whole rendering mode set as interlaced, text just makes this flickering more detectable.
I am sure it is interlacing, because text is wiggling top-bottom. Is there ability to switch rendering mode from i to p?

I was wrong about thinking that interlacing could be applyed to different parts of the gfx.
But what really helps to get rid of that flickering is to switch to NTSC mode and on my PAL TV text stopped flickering and looks much better. But only in game list, in settings menues some text and especially horisontal lines still flicker, but looks like less.
