Box64 and Labwc on Raspberry Pi 5: mouse wheel crash Win apps #3705

Hello,

first of all thank you for the Box64 app which works incredibly fast and well on the Raspberry Pi 5 SBC computer. I have only a problem for now with old games and win applications when using the modern Labwc display compositor that does not happen at all in the old usual X11 compositor on the same board and o.s. tested multiple times. I'm using latest Debian 13.4 (Rasperry Os version) and everything is updated.
I've compiled Box64 with RPI5 lines and Wine downloaded through pi-apps application. All apps I've tested run really well but when using the default Labwc (which has better performances in OpenGL apps and in general than X11) everytime I move the mouse wheel every Windows apps already launched will crash immediately reporting this:

[BOX64] 20136|Ask to run at NULL, will segfault
0114:err:waylanddrv:wayland_read_events_thread Failed to read events from the compositor, terminating process
_

My version of Box64 is this:

[BOX64] Box64 arm64 v0.4.1 690dfbb with Dynarec built on Mar 21 2026 18:48:33
[BOX64] Dynarec for ARM64, with extension: ASIMD AES CRC32 PMULL ATOMICS SHA1 SHA2
_

I'm totally sure with old X11 linux compositor the mouse wheel just works and nothing crash when Windows apps are running. I've searched for some way to disable the mouse wheel in Labwc on demand but still not found something useful.
Any idea to fix this?
Thanks
