New tags handling (#45)

This PR tackles issue #28 
* Changed tags handling
* fix: removed onlyFor
* fix: removed table format
* feat: added scope list
* del: standaloneType and populated softwareType
* fix: examples ported to new publiccode version
* merged softwareTypes
