You can make team membership visible to other organization members, but not to the general public or non-members. Team discussions, members, and structure are always private to the organization and are not exposed outside of it.
If you want to showcase contributors or maintainers publicly, you can use repository features like the CONTRIBUTORS.md file, GitHub’s contributors graph, or public organization membership lists—but not teams themselves.
