The newest bender release v0.32.0 introduced a small regression in the waybender v0.32.1 has been released..svhfiles are handled, which currently breaks the VCS jobs. Pinning to bender to version v0.31.0 to fix this until either pulp-platform/bender#313 is merged and released or this is fixed in cva6.I also updated the github actions while at it.
