Update v3 to v3.2.8

Right now it is at v3.1.4.
v3.2.6 included important bufixes, which might resolve issues I'm currently having with this library.

I'll (happily) close this fork if/when this is updated, but in the meantime if anyone wants to use the latest release, I bumped v2 -> v2.2.7 and v3 -> v3.2.8 here or bc-mimalloc on crates

v3.2.8 is still a release candidate therefore it probably still has issues, which is why I am not merging this.

Isn't v3.1.4 a beta and more unstable (as proven by the subsequent fixes) though? Do you mean the next update shall include a stable version instead of betas and rcs (as the v3.x branch doesn't have a fully stable release yet)?

Also, looking at the releases, all v3.x seems to be either beta or rc. I thought rcs are supposedly more stable than the beta ones.

It is a release candidate of a beta. All mimalloc v3s are beta releases. Which is why it is feature flagged and not default.

Shouldn't it at least be updated to latest 3.1.x series to include bug fixes?
