We have made (and are planning on making) some significant updates to the book and template changes. We need to update the quickstart and user guide to stay current with these.
In particular we need to update:
- using tokens for authentication
- dev group dependencies (having three groups, docs, tests and ci/cd)
- ci/cd updates (pending on what these will be)
