Tag2(UWB) Device seems to be missing

We have quite a bunch of Samung SmartTag2 trackers in use. They show up empty in HA, but with a recent look in the Smartthings dashboard I noticed that there is data available for them.

Could you see if you could add them? Especially the battery info would be much appreciated - this weekend I changed two batteries for trackers that hadn't updated for a few months already 😬

If you look inside there's no data at all :) They're all reporting null

Right, but our current way of updating doesn't capture updates from this. But this is a good one to ask at SmartThings

The thing is, these are created by the mobile division, so they can't really control things for it

I don't think Samsung SmartTags will ever be fully supported by Smartthings. Samsung has a service called Samsung Find that lets you control these devices.
