get_ris() should handle more than Journal aggregation types

Expected behavior:
the get_ris() function should handle Books, Chapters, and Conference Proceedings in addition to Journal documents.

I'm pretty familiar with the RIS format and I have a bunch of publication data from my institution with outlier conditions, such as documents with subtypeDescriptions but no aggregationType. I'm willing to work on this myself and submit a patch.

I don't know so much about the RIS nor do I use it much.
If there was an external library to generate RIS I will be happy to use it!

It's a pretty simple format, I am not sure a library will be needed, but I will investigate whether one exists before I attempt a refactor.

Thank you! I agree, it is a simple format, but the exceptions and edge cases can quickly lead to messy code that everyone needs to recreate. With a clean external library we probably wouldn't have the big that you found.

Good point! I did look around on pypi and found the rispy package. I'm testing it out in another project of mine. Also, I don't know exactly when I will be able to tackle this update, possibly not until after the new year.
