¿Cómo puedo instalar el firmware?

Buenas tardes y disculpen, pregunto esto ya que al seguir el tutorial para hacer la instalación mediante una memoria SD el bloque pasa horas en modo de inicio y no pasa de esa imagen, y si desconecto y vuelvo a conectar sin la memoria SD el bloque sigue con el firmware oficial, que podría hacer?

Good afternoon—and my apologies—but I am asking this because, after following the tutorial to perform the installation using an SD card, the unit remains stuck in boot mode for hours and never gets past that initial screen. However, if I disconnect and then reconnect it without the SD card, the unit boots up using the official firmware. What should I do?

This is a common problem. If you used Etcher to flash the SD card, you need to use an old version. There has been a bug for at least two years that causes the flashing to fail in newer versions.

If that isn't the problem, then you could have a defective SD card or SD card slot.

buenas noches, y gracias ya me funciono pero me tope con otro problema, al retirar la SD el bloque EV3 vuelve a su estado anterior, como podria solucionarlo?

That is by design. ev3dev runs off of the SD card, so when you remove the SD card, you are removing ev3dev.
