Pybricks does not connect to city hub

Pybricks does not connect to city hub
no connection possible (also not with the beta), It is very frustrating,
I try with 4 different laptops
Windows 10, 2 x Windows 11, apple mac book pro / always latest OS

Under bluetooth settings the city hub could be found with HUB NO.4, bluetooth could also make here a connection (for pybrick test I disconnect this)

Are there any ideas for an analytic way to solve the issue ?

Are there any ideas Ideas or recommendation for an empiric solution:

• Should I buy a raspberry PI and try again ? -> which one, because I have no experience with this topic
• Should I buy another device like TechnicHub and try again ?
• ?

You have to install Pybricks on the hub before you can use it. There should be a message about this when you attempted to connect.

To get started, click the gear icon in the top left, and follow the steps to "Install Pybricks firmware".

I already do with all the laptops all Install Pybricks firmware steps as shown below.
But I could not reach the state "Wait for the hub light to start blinking light purple." Either I wait or press the install button...
The hub does not blink in light purple... this is the issue.

Preparation:
Make sure the hub has new or fully-charged batteries.
Make sure the hub is turned off.
Enter update mode (see video):

Disconnect any device from port A on the hub.
Press and hold the button on the hub.
Wait for the hub light to start blinking light purple.

What colors do you see instead? Like in the video, it should stay off for a while and then blink violet/purple.

just the starting white color blinking

Right, that means you have not installed Pybricks yet.

You have to press and hold the button like in the video. There won't be any light at all for a few seconds, and then it begins blinking purple.
