chore: remove temporary test files

Cleaned up temporary files from root directory:
- Removed example HTML reports (final_report_with_defs.html, responsive_report.html)
- Removed test coverage JSON files (corrected_coverage.json, coverage_with_defs.json, testiq_coverage.json)

These were generated during development/testing and are not needed in the repository.
