Document method-specific sensitivity checks for Synthetic Control.

Scope

• Add/update SC docs with sensitivity workflow coverage
• Include relevant SC checks and interpretation notes
• Keep example minimal and reproducible

Acceptance criteria

• SC docs include a clear sensitivity example
• Method-specific checks are documented with interpretation guidance
• Links back to central guide and matrix
