Links in README.rst

Hi,

I wanted to correct some errors (formatting, grammar) in the README.rst and have seen that all the links point to the dev branch.
For example:

- `async client <https://github.com/pymodbus-dev/pymodbus/blob/dev/examples/simple_async_client.py>`_
- `sync client <https://github.com/pymodbus-dev/pymodbus/blob/dev/examples/simple_sync_client.py>`_

Shouldn't the links point to the master branch?
I can fix it too, if wanted/needed.

No they point to dev, to give the newest version.
