Add alternatives for table grid detection

* mupdf tgif table structure detector
* TableGridExtractorV4 - ONNX-based grid detector

Also update TableGridExtractorV4.py:

* Remove needless OpenCV (cv2) dependency
* Remove visualization code
* Make direct use of Pixmap features (for resizing and more)
