HiAnime needs to be removed as the service has been deprecated

HiAnime services are now down forever, it is causing the application to slow down when getting links.

Best course of action would be to remove/replace the site.

Slowdown was observed while running ani-cli -q "Mp4" --vlc

Anyone who wants a temporary fix, please use this diff. It just removes the HiAnime provider when getting links.

as well as this slowdown, i believe it's now not pulling actual episode counts correctly anymore? maybe it was relying on hianime for this? e.g. a new episode of jujutsu kaisen was released today, but the new episode isn't appearing in the season that it is a part of, whereas usually it would be by now.

afaik it uses allmanga, if you go to https://allmanga.to/bangumi/nxoR4KxgKwcawZvHr the jjk e11 isn't there either. not sure if its related to hianime shutdown, but i doubt it

As far as I can seen it, the last new episode on allmanga happened yesterday 1:22 PM UTC. When did Hianime shut down exactly? It may have acted as a single point of failure...

If it is possible, I think it would be better to replace hianime.to with kaido.to since that's where they moved to (at least that's what it looks like since they already did something similar before with zoro).
From the website's look it feels like it's the evolution of hianime just like hianime was the evolution of zoro.

Idk if it will be an easy fix, I just wanted to share what I know about the hianime shut down. Have a great day y'all :)
