| 17 | +All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience that includes people from many different backgrounds. |

| 19 | +Please be kind and courteous at all times. There is no reason to be mean, rude, or disrespectful. Thank you in advance for helping us be a welcoming, friendly community for everyone. |

| 23 | +Be empathetic, welcoming, friendly, and patient. We remember that much of what our community builds is shaped by people who deserve to be treated with kindness and empathy. |

| 57 | +If you think someone is violating the Code of Conduct, please report it in a timely manner. |

| 59 | +Violations of the Code of Conduct reduce the value of the community for everyone. |

| 61 | +The CoC team takes reports of misconduct very seriously and strives to preserve and nurture the welcoming character of our community. |

| 63 | +All reports are treated confidentially. |

| 65 | +In some cases a public statement may need to be made. In such cases, the identities of all involved parties and reporters will be kept confidential unless those individuals instruct us otherwise. |

| 67 | +All complaints are reviewed and investigated, and will result in a response deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. |

| 69 | +The CoC team is committed to maintaining confidentiality toward the person reporting an incident. |

| 71 | +For possibly unintentional violations of the Code of Conduct, you may also approach the person directly and point them to this Code of Conduct (either publicly or in private — whichever is most appropriate). |

| 75 | +Take care of one another. Inform the CoC team if you notice a dangerous situation, a person in distress, or any violation of this Code of Conduct, even if it seems minor. |
