Pip fails to build cffi wheels on Python 3.14 beta 1 (on Windows only, on non-freethreaded Python)

Note: I haven't tried installing it locally because I don't know whether installing a beta version of python will affect my current python install. However, I have ran the Github action twice and gotten the same result (see https://github.com/gamer191/yt-dlp/actions/runs/14947575157/job/41992890809)

I'm not sure if this line from the logs is relevant:

        LINK : fatal error LNK1104: cannot open file 'python314t.lib'

Good catch. I'm guessing this is probably a duplicate of python/cpython#133779

EDIT: I tested at https://github.com/gamer191/yt-dlp/actions/runs/14965905039, and it only occurs if non-freethreaded python is used

This seems to be working fine at least as of beta2- 3.14 non-FT Windows wheels for x64 and arm64 are building fine and will be available soon on PyPI.
