The second sentence of the first paragraph of section 3.1.2 reads:

This includes characters “!”, words “rabbit”, names “Paris”, sentences “Got your back.”, etc. “Yay! :)”.

The etc. should come after the last string.

I think this is actually missing some parentheses, i.e.

This includes characters ("``!``"), words ("``rabbit``"), names ("``Paris``"),
sentences ("``Got your back.``"), etc. ("``Yay! :)``").

Either way, it could use a fix; please feel free to submit a pull request.

Specific link: https://docs.python.org/3/tutoral/introduction.html#text. The parentheses are definitely needed. With those added, the fix depends on whether the new example is meant to be a second example of a sentence or an example of an 'etc' string. Either way OK with me.
