We need pssi website to have welcome page where we display PSSI guidelines and information about why to become members and so.

1. We will be suing django 1.7 so we can use django authentication system .We can use email based confirmation feature to complete registration.

2. Once registered we send email asking him to pay membership amount which will be valid for 2 years(Cycle is from Oct 2014 - Sept 2016).

3. If possible get some online payment service like CC avenue, instamojo and others
   4)The website will few form which are displayed once logged in.

   1. KG award form
   2. New members reference form
   3. Travel allowance form
   4. Contact form to contact board/pssi members.

   I will be nice to have feature where we can disable entry in form by changing status of form. This feature will be helpful in case we don't have fund to support travel or we have close nomination and all.

4. Navigation bar for people to read policies and guidelines.
