Fleet rollout per IONIS-AI/ionis-devel#49 — seventh server, first auth-bound (uses qso-graph-auth). Envelope: { "service_name": "eqsl-mcp", "service_version": "0.3.3", "spec_version": "eqsl-cc-v1" } Pattern identical to public servers despite auth context — get_version_info takes no params and exposes only metadata, so no credentials surface.
